We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with Kirby Ice House—a beloved chain of bars in Houston known for their sprawling patios, laid-back energy, and legendary happy hours. As their digital partner, we manage their main WordPress site, keeping everything sharp, up-to-date, and true to the Kirby vibe. But our work didn’t stop at the front-end.

To help their internal team manage the non-stop flow of live music, food truck appearances, watch parties, and private events, we also built a custom events CRM using Kirby CMS. It’s designed specifically for how they operate—letting their staff easily coordinate, update, and promote events across multiple locations, all from one clean dashboard. Their system not only works behind the scenes but genuinely makes our clients’ and their customers lives easier. Less time wrangling spreadsheets and more time serving up good vibes and cold drinks.
